Here is a unique tutorial by TC Lude showing a cheap DIY fix for old worn out door hinges if you don't want to pay for new ones or gamble with used ones.
Okay so here's the dealio yo...
My drivers door was sagging. It wasn't too bad but it was bad enough to annoy me.
The whole deal is pretty easy and self explanatory but I think it still deserves a write up
I'll let the pictures tell most of the story but basically what you have to do is remove the hinges and drill the holes for the hinge pins larger than before and fab up a pin to fit said hole. The pin I bought was just from a auto supply shop for a GM truck, nothing special. I used a drill press, hack saw, and a file to fab the pin. Check it:
After all that just put it back together. You will have to adjust the positioning of the door because that pin is larger it will stick out farther so just push it back when tightening the bolts up.
