Well I have a total of 5 Gauge clusters
2 USDM MT
1 USDM AT
1 CANADIAN MT
1 JDM INX AT
Well I found out the hard way that DON'T ever try to just plug it in.. u will mess up the cluster.. the only way u can use the gauges from the INX or from the canadian one on a USDM one.. is to just take out the screws that hold it to the back of the cluster.
The board that controls the whole cluster is also different from all the different models of clusters.. so be sure to use the proper one for your car since I have alb.. I made sure I reused a cluster that had it.. I also swapped the indicator faces on the bezel as well since the INX and canadian have different indicators.
My original plan was just to have KM/H on my usdm gauge with the inx bezel.. well I realized that by putting the inx bezel on the usdm /canadian gauges.. I would need to cut the mounting points of the bezel off since the usdm/canadian have different bezel mounting points then the JDM INX one has.
So for now I took both of my USDM GAUGES AND MADE MY USDM MT INTO CANADIAN SPEEDO GAUGE
and my AT USDM into the inx gauges since they all have to be in for it to mount right with the bezel.. I didn't really want to mess with the bezel..
I also changed the mileage on the inx one since I'm only gonna use the inx one whenever I go for show.. damn it was really hard to change the mileage on the gauges.
As a side not DON'T Over tighten the back of the screws of the gauges or else it will mess up the gauge.. I learned the hard way.
Well here are the pics hope u guys enjoy..
