Parts needed:
4x t10 Blue LED bulbs
3x t5 Blue LED bulbs
Magnetic Screwdriver to take the gauge cluster out without losing screws
normal screwdriver for working on the gauges

1) Remove gauge cluster

2) remove the brown Bulb holders from the behind the cluster

3) stick in the blue LED bulbs and put back in.
If you get t10s that have a big end they will not fit. that's why i got these small ones.

4)remove the 2 black overhead bulb holders stick the t5 in them and put them back in.

Test it out, the thing that stands out most is the overhead diagram of the car.

Its still that ugly green! but we can fix that.

Start unscrewing the fuel/temp gauge from behind the cluster. there should be 6 that need to be undone. 3 on either side of the yellow sockets.

Cant quite remember how, but remove the this from the fuel/temp gauge:

Unscrew the 3 screws from the back of the car diagram thing:

It should look like this if it is auto or it will have just the 1 bulb that's on the left with the blue cover on it if manual:

Pull the bulb with the blue cover from the black rubber base. Then pull the bulb out of the rubber base. should be left with this:

Grab the blue t5 LED and pull the metal wire on the base straight down.
Comparison with the stock t5 and the one with the wires pulled down:

Next carefully slide the modified t5 into the base, making sure the wires don't bend as they go into the 2 small holes. Make sure u can see wires from under the base. should now look like this:

Now carefully slide the base back on the 2 prongs on the circuit board making sure the metal wire stays in place in the base:

Before screwing anything back together, connect the 2 yellow clips that are in the dash to the sockets on the circuit we just worked on. Make sure the LED lights up. If not you have to take of the base on put it on the other way round:

Now you can start putting everything back.

The dash lights without the car diagram light working (haven't actually put mine all back together yet. I'll post a pic of the absolute final product)

Personally this looks a lot better than reverse glow EL gauges, Costs way less and you don't have any risks on the functionality of the gauges since we are nowhere near the needles.

Enjoy
