Ignition switch light:

Check the online manual for more instructions on getting this stuff out.

Take off the plastic covers on the top and bottom of the steering column.
There are 4 screws on the bottom cover (You may have to loosen the steering wheel bolt and slide the wheel out a little to get the covers off.)

Once they are off you can pull the plastic piece off from around the ignition switch. You will see where wires go into the ignition; that's actually a light. Just twist it counter clockwise and it will come out.
You will see a bulb with some blue covering pull out the bulb and pry off the covering so the bulb is white again:

Take some painters tape and cover the part of the bulb that goes into the socket. Next paint the bulb with the paint.
Here is my bulb painted with the painters tape still on:

Put everything back together the way you took it off:

Clock:

Pop the clock out of the dash then unplug it. Take the two metal clips off the sides and remove the rear half of the clock.
The circuit board and buttons will come out, set them to the side. There is a metal plate and under that a green plastic piece, take them out carefully.

You need to cut a small piece of plexiglas that is the same size as the original green piece. Next set the metal piece on top of it and drill holes through the plexiglas to match the ones in the plate. Finally take the plexiglas out and paint one side of it with the candy apple red paint until the colour is even and give it at least 30min to dry.

After that all you have to do is put everything back together with the painted side facing inward.
Use a little glue to to hold the metal plate and plexiglas in. If you did everything correctly you should end up with:
