Final Checks

Think you're done? Nah.
Take the car for a test drive. Verify the wheel is centered while driving straight and make sure the car feels good. If you are running tires with a badly jacked up wear pattern from a previous failed alignment that could give you the impression of an issue when there isn't really one. When you are done with the test drive pull the car back into the alignment space.
Since this is probably your first DIY alignment you will now go through the process again: caster > camber > toe. You are checking that everything is still in spec, don't forget to put the weights back in the drivers seat before you check! When making changes to one setting it can change another setting, especially if you had to make big adjustments.
If something is wrong adjust it again and go for another test drive. If the value is wrong after every test drive then either you are doing something wrong or there is an issue with your bushings/joints/bearings.
Finally double check that you tightened/torqued everything back down correctly.
...That's it!
