Hybrid 88-89 and 90-91 Speedo for H Swap

To start you need both your stock 88-89 speedo and also a 90-91 Prelude speedo.

They have a top and bottom section held together with 2 10mm bolts. Remove the bolts and separate both. Take the gear shaft from the 88-89 and put it into the 90-91, then bolt the 88-89 top onto the 90-91 bottom using the 88-89 bolts. In the picture below a stock 88-89 speedo is on the left and the hybrid on the right:

Now stick the speedo into the tranny. You will need make a bracket just long enough to catch the lip on the bottom half of the speedo, where it goes into the tranny like this picture:
