ASSUMING YOU HAVE A 90 91 W/O FOGS.

Ok, they cut away the material in the upper portion with a rotozip (saw) and threw it away.

You can go and buy the mesh at pretty much any hardware store, mine is from Home Depot I believe.

1.) You can bend the metal by having someone hold it while you bend it.

2.) If you don't want fogs, then you can take them out and cut the plastic bracket down to the piece right beside the screws. Pic below.

3.) the 3 lines at the bottom half, LEAVE THEM!! if you don't, the bumper will sag! and the upper portion, you MUST have a brace (we used an aluminum brace) to support it, or it will sag! aluminum brace for upper portion:

3 lines: the thin pieces of plastic going down:

4.) In this pic, you can see my finger pointing at a piece of metal, you need to mash the grill behind it so it doesn't bend, and to have extra support.

5.) to elaborate on how far you can cut the fog light support, here is a pic taken from the back showing how far. The plastic sticking towards the front of the car should support the side of the grill:

6.) the grill is attached to the bumper by cutting small squares of metal and pot rivets punched through them and into the bumper.

Here's a pic of the assembly from the behind:

GOOD LUCK!
I hope you can understand what I am saying in the write up.
